That was part of my rationale for spending the money. :-) If the 645D format size is as I expect it will be, the 45mm lens should be golden for me ... a wide normal. An A35/3.5 might be useful too, but I think that "90 degree wide" that I like so much will require a new lens in the 25-28mm range. Now it remains to be seen whether or not I will be able to afford a 645D body, when it appears.
