Over the past few years I've probably spent close to $1500US with
Newegg. They have never screwed up a single order. Ever. Everything
shows up on time or early and packaged well. A friend of mine ordered
the parts he needed to build a new PC. They sent the wrong IDE cables.
So he called them, and without question they applied a store credit to
his account for the amount of the cables and told him to keep the wrong
ones. Took all of three minutes to sort it out. That's how customer
service should be done, and that's one of the reasons I still do
business with them - even if they aren't the cheapest (which they often
are).

I've had similar luck with B&H, and often order from them without
checking prices anywhere else. They're prompt, accurate and usually
competitive. I have to admit, I ordered my K10 from Amazon. The price
of the camera (with free shipping) saved me almost $100 compared to
B&H's price plus shipping. The money I saved covered 4GB of Transcend
150x, a generic battery for the K10 and dinner out. Wheeee!
