I'm shooting exclusively PEF+JPG(2MP) with my K10D now but I'm not
using Lightroom so I just run them through the Adobe DNG Converter to
produce my compressed DNGs. I see a difference between K10D DNG and
PEF but it's only a function of how they are handled by older versions
of ACR.
