I had them analyze one of mine that got rejected that way. What they told me was there was some exif data. If there is any exif data, then they scan for pentax cameras in it. If they don't find it, they reject. So what you really want to do with the scanned images is to strip all exif data from it before submitting. I do that with the Save for Web Adobe function in Elements or photoshop.
