Paul, Pentax made a couple different microscope adapters. Not sure if either are still available. Check the lens section at http://www.bdimitrov.de/kmp/ for more info.
The Pentax Universal T-ring adapter you mentioned is for cameras with M42 threads. i.e. Spotmatic. You can use this with your K100D but you'll need a M42 to K adapter. These are still available new. If you go that route, get a genuine Pentax adapter. If I were you I'd consider the Pentax K T-ring adapter listed on that same page. It's just below the universal and has the same price tag. That's one less adapter you'll need to use. -- Scott Loveless www.twosixteen.com/ -------------- Original message ---------------------- From: Paul <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > Dear Friends, > > I would like to use my K100D Pentax Digital Camera > to take pictures using either a Zeiss Standard > Pol 16 (petrographic) and Standard 16 Microscopes > with trinocular heads, which I use.
