Hi, there are in total 5 changes in new 645NII in comparison to the old model. Apart from MLU, there are also a choice of 1/2 or 1/3 EV for exposure compensation and bracketing, more film imprinting information, more custom PF and compatibility with new accessories like remote cable release and stuff (MZ-S compatible), but not with high speed and wireless modes of the new AF 360 FGZ. BTW, just today info about it appeared on Pentax Japan site. Know nothing about release date though but I guess it shouldn't be far away.
