Since April 15th falls on a Sunday (today), tax returns would normally be 
due on Monday.  But Monday is a holiday in Washington D.C., which makes it a 
'national holiday' - meaning tax returns are due on Tuesday, April 17th (or 
file the Automatic Extension of Time to file Form 4868).
