Definitely USB1.1 ports on that. You'll need a USB2.0 card put in to get 
USB 2.0.

Compter guy is on crack saying that because you have XP SP2, you must 
have USB2.0. The catch is if the computer came with XP SP2, it would 
most likely have USB2.0 ports, but just about anything older will have 
had SP2 installed.
