not really... it looks about the same as what I have achieved with flowers (or anything else :) and on-board flash. Therefore I moved to shoe/handle mount flash, which as Shel already mentioned, is difficult to get the hang of. I have yet to post any picture where I used flash because every attempt I have made has ended in utter catastrophe! So good luck :)
