They just spend millions lobbying for them, like all the other special interest groups. Me I wish I had come up with that 3rd brake light and got it legislated into law. Talk about a way to make money. Then there are the insurance companies that have gotten most states to pass a law that you have to buy their product. How about the law that made it illegal to import those VCR's that cut out the commercials. You are being pretty naive, Norm.
