I won't be at GFM, but I thought I'd toss this in...

Bring a 5 liter pack of Kodak XTOL, mix it there to stock  
concentration. For processing mix it at 1:1 dilution and process one- 
shot. It takes 500 ml of developer to process two rolls of 120 film,  
each pair of 120 rolls consumes 250 ml of XTOL. That will process  
about 40 rolls of film.

I prefer Ilford Non-Hardening Rapid Fixer.

You can minimize water wastage with a two bath rinse between  
developer and fix, and a ten bath water wash after fix (about 15  
seconds soak time per path). I haven't found hypo-clear to be of much  
value with film.
