I tend not to trust the finder WRT assessment of bokeh or even DOF with some lenses. I have found over the years that the interaction between lens and focus screen can display quite a different rendering to that which is projected onto the film/sensor plane. In the case you cited I can't point to any particular reason for what you report as I don't own that model body or lens. -- Rob Studdert HURSTVILLE AUSTRALIA Tel +61-2-9554-4110 UTC(GMT) +10 Hours [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://picasaweb.google.com/distudio/PESO http://home.swiftdsl.com.au/~distudio//publications/ Pentax user since 1986, PDMLer since 1998 -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net
