A few years ago I was trying to sort out an entitlement number mix up 
and needed to call the client's merchant bank.  The client's primary 
language was Spanish.  After keying their account number in, the IVR 
automatically routed me to phone rep who answered in Spanish.  Turns 
out, Spanish was her first language, too, and she barely spoke English.  
Go figure.
