I wish this hadn't happened but since many of us expected that the 645d would never make it to market, I must say I'm not surprised. That this was forced by outside investment companies is almost certainly true. That Pentax will probably be introducing a higher end almost FF or FF, (24x36mm) K mount body is much more likely in the relatively near future is almost certain, if they stay in the Camera business at all.
