I took my K1000 and my new (to me) Vivitar 75-205mm zoom out to an informal dog show/fundraiser run by a local animal shelter. This was my first real shoot with the zoom. It was great not having to juggle different lenses, and I took more chances pressing the shutter even when I wasn't sure all my settings were quite right, so I hope I got more keepers this time.
One advantage of having old, rugged equipment was that I wasn't that worried when a couple of friendly doggies jumped on me and the camera. :) --Amita - This message is from the Pentax-Discuss Mail List.
