I'm undecided. If you remove the whole left hand side along with the sign, the picture does seem to have the potential to appear more aggressive, like one of the pre war (no, not _that_ one) posters where the car appears to be leaping off the paper. But I think, for that to really work, you would need to see some of the front of the car.
