It definitely follows the business plan that they've
had for most of their existence, true.

I hope that if they're no longing making medium format
cameras, the only real "pro" models they made, then
maybe some of that higher end thinking will seep into
the DSLR designs. Certainly some of the R&D budget
will be freed up. Why not use it to produce a 1.2 crop
factor chip?
