I'm a physician that works with the tube gazers every week, and I have never even heard of Pentax endoscopes. These are Olympus, Olympus, Olympus, and maybe Fuji.
I guess Pentax Medical has little presence in my corner of the Universe. Googling gives roughly four times as many hits for Olympus endoscopes as for the Pentax thing, Fujinon even less.
