Thanks to everyone for the compliments and all the comments. I'm back
from my weekend away with a bunch of photos to process but I thought
I'd roll the comments on this set together and answer anything that
seemed a question.

:-) I'm beginning to promote training digital image processing
classes and system setup for same as part of my business now. I've
gotten a lot of requests from other photographers, locally, to show
them how to get results like my prints. Needless to say, I'm very
happy to hear such flattery.

Thanks Steve! I am enjoying my trees, I enjoy seeing their
"expressions" and finding ways to capture the expression. It's a bit
anthropomorphic, but fun anyway.

I hadn't heard of Jem Southam so I looked him up. Some very
interesting landscape ideas, thanks for the reference!

I've been experimenting with Lightroom's Web module to output these
past few temporary collections because it is fast and easy to do. I'm
not sure yet that it meets my needs ... the code it generates is
somewhat more difficult for me to edit afterwards and put the other
things I want for www.gdgphoto.com ... but it's good enough for a
quick presentation like these. Prior to this, I produced quick
galleries with iView MediaPro and/or Apple's HomePage utilities: I
find Lightroom's quick galleries to be both easier to make and nicer
to look at.

Again, thanks for all the comments.

Godfrey
