LOL... Still digesting it! I appreciated your comments to my comments and I'm happy to understand your thought/photographic process a little better now. > Anyway, after that rant I'm too embarased to post anything, so I'm out > of the peso business, I'll find other venues for my photos. Apologies. That's pretty darn silly! What are you apologizing for? do YOU like your picture? Of course you do and you wanted to share it on the list. So what if other people didn't give it overwhelming praise and throw roses at your feet! That should NEVER stop you from sharing images you are pleased with. If I don't see another PESO post from you soon, I'll be disappointed. Seeing different styles of photography is one benefit of this list. True I didn't "get" your shot, but after your comments i see what you are going for. Maybe the next one will appeal to me more. Maybe not. But who CARES what I think? No one! (except me about my OWN images; but that's another issue and one I'm seeing a specialist about <g>). Sometimes, however, a fresh view is a good way to improve your own skills. For example: I post some of the same images I post here to the Naturescapes.net forum. Those guys are brutal! But they have helped me improve my [EMAIL PROTECTED] skillz <g> as a bird photographer. If I were doing "street photography" I'd want Juan's, frank's or Ann's opinions because I respect their work and see that they have an eye for that sort of thing. Not to say that you don't, my opinion is based on a single image from you. And again, I don't KNOW that style of photography. Anyway, one rambling response deserves another.
