There may be, and it may be true, but what we're looking at is a 
military campaign with lot's of disinformation, and downright wishful 
thinking.  Which in it's own way is one of the most exciting and 
interesting stories in Japanese financial news, ever.  (This sort of 
thing never happens in Japan).  I expect that even the best news 
organizations in Japan is reporting rumor as fact in absence of real 
information. The truth will out in time.
