Well, before this gets too far, my domestic situation is considerably
more complicated than my earlier post would indicate.

My girlfriend (she who is allergic to the mould) and I were planning
on moving in together later in the summer, but this mould situation
has caused us to re-think that. We're currently looking for a place.
My landlord has agreed to let me out of my lease early due to the
mould problem (maybe they're hoping I won't bug them for $$ for the
cleanup?).

Turns out that the back of the building (but not my unit) is extremely
damp and musty, and even when I clean my place, there'll be spores in
the air that Judy will be sensitive to.

The current situation is that even when I'm "clean", she will never be
able to visit my apartment.

So, we're looking, and I basically have to make myself available to
move very quickly should we find something in short order.

As I said, it's not just my current expenses, but the time missed from
work that I can't afford to miss. There's also the fact that I'm in
the midst of an apartment search and may have to move really quickly.

Sadly, my life is just too complicated right now to head down south.

Since this is a year that several are coming from far away, I'm most
disappointed. I mean, hell, Mark and Greywolf I can see any time,
right? And Norm, well, I've quite smoking anyway...

But Cotty and Dave Savage - who knows when that will happen again?

So, I really really did want to get there this year, but my life got
too complicated, too quickly.

I've gotta say, though, you guys are the best!!

cheers,
frank
