Yeah, "aboot" I know; from Scotland.

So it's some sort of scam having to do with your electrical service? 
Something like the telephone service scams that followed the AT&T 
breakup & deregulation here in the US, where you got a tele-marketer 
calling you up and next thing you knew, your service had been switched 
to FBNTCo*?
