John,
I've seen similar cases on ebay and own one.
They are tan leather with a brass colored top latch, and
two snaps at the top of the front door that snap onto the sides.
Mine doesn't have any compartments in the front door area.
It is a Spotmatic case or earlier vintage.
Put a 35mm with 50mm in the top,
put spare lenses, or whatever, in the front.
