I think you are right Tim, unfortunatelly this whole discussion might raise a state of paranoia in the list, I've bought two lenses from a list member is the past with great results and with totally smooth transactions, but well, that was my experience. Ok, for the record: I had a very dissapointing business transaction involving Shel Belinkoff. Apparently, I am not the only one. Sadly, he appears to be offlist at the moment, and so can't explain his actions. I hope this doesn't offend anyones sensibilities, but unlike eBay, the FS Friday convention doesn't have formalized feedback.
