I'd do a presentation and training sessions if I were going to be there, but I have no plans at present to be there.
I strongly recommend working through the available online video tutorials to get started. Michael Tapes' videos at http://www.rawworkflow.com were very good, and free. Michael Reichman's Lightroom tutorial videos available from http://www.luminous-landscape.com at a nominal charge are excellent.
