I like it!  I like the symmetry of the  parallel lines that are broken up 
by the haphazard diagonal lines of the  branches.  The "hot spot" of the 
sun adds to the feeling of "being  there"

I actually do  have shot without the sun (after all it was just a matter of 
moving an inch or  two and taking several). But I like the one with better.
