Our G5 iMac has gone on the fritz: half way into startup it just turns off. Period. We've tried all the dodges in the owners' manual, and have tried booting from the system DVD; same thing.
So, my wife is using her MacBook for work while we get the iMac repaired, and I will have to bring this Winblows laptop to GFM. Sigh.
