This is not something I can reshoot. We've had cloudless blue sky for weeks, that is the kind of weather we have here in Nor Cal in late May/early June. I finally lucked out yesterday. Sort of. Not quite what I had in mind, but it comes close.
However, I still don't think I got this right, B&W-conversion-wise. The front was in deep shadow, so I highlighted/shadowed it. If I bump up the contrast too much and the sun burn out gets worse. I am still fiddling with it and may get it a bit more to my liking. Anyway, suggestions on conversion welcome.
