sorry, couldn't do that. :-)
even if forever stuck at 2.8 it would still be a nice lens
(well, apart from minor details like weight, size)

originally I bought it for low light conditions anyway
(and because I needed a replacement after some uninvited
visitor(s) abused my absence to releive me from an
FA 80-210 3.5-5.6 (or so?) with which I had gotten
dissatisfied anyway)
