I thought you were pulling my leg with 'Kodachrome Basin" but I guess
not.  It looks like a pretty area, unless you are lost of course :)
If you are into deserts the Gila Wilderness in SW New Mexico is really
amazing as well as secluded (if you did not already know that).  My
family went there for a month long camping trip when I was in
highschool.  Once you get past the trailhead you really don't see
anyone, we actually only ran into one other group of people while on
the trails.
