This rampant enabling is one of the reasons I was never into nature photography. A street kind of guy can get by with a 35mm and 100mm (or the digital equivalent) real well.
And speaking of digital equivalents, I now have one of those almost mythical 35 to 400 f1.4 lenses. It is actually a 6.6 to 86 f1.4 macro TV zoom lens with a built in 2x converter so it will go to 800mm eqv. Only problem is I can not figure out how to mount it on my Oly. Coverage would be OK if I could. Anyone have a EVF digital with broken lens and a 1/1.8 or smaller sensor they want to sell very cheaply? -- graywolf http://www.graywolfphoto.com http://webpages.charter.net/graywolf "Idiot Proof" <==> "Expert Proof" ----------------------------------- mike wilson wrote: >> From: "William Robb" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> >> Date: 2007/06/06 Wed PM 02:06:29 GMT >> To: "Pentax-Discuss Mail List" <[email protected]> >> Subject: Re: My GFM wrap-up (pretty long, probably boring) >> >> >> ----- Original Message ----- >> From: "Mark Roberts" >> Subject: Re: My GFM wrap-up (pretty long, probably boring) >> >> >>> Doug Franklin wrote: >>> >>>> Mark Roberts wrote: >>>> >>>>> Yep.
