If it were me, assuming that a reasonable profit margin could be realized, 
I'd revamp the 645D guts and put them in a K10D style body and attempt to 
sell a high end DSLR that uses regular K-mount lenses.  I would guess that 
there's a larger potential customer base for that than for a 645D.
