Hi, I prefer the uncropped version because the woman is positioned more closely to a 3rd. The cropped version is somewhat unbalanced. Unfortunately the bright white behind her head is on the 3rd. White always drags the eye towards it, and with it being bang on the 3rd it is rather distracting. It might pay to tone it down a little.
