A friend wants a new camera. He is fixated on a Nikon D70 for some reason. We were at Best Buy looking at the options they have last evening. Did you know that all Nikon and Canon lenses are made by Panasonic? Or that pretty much every lens for those brands other than the supplied kit lenses have built in vibration reduction? Also, lens based vibration reduction is better than body based because lens based is using the hardware that God gave us while in body is using software to remove the shake. Apparently lens based VR doesn't consume the vast amounts of power that software based VR uses.
