G ======== LOL. I always double check now before fastening the backing on. But I still had to remove the backing (before fastening it down) on two to remove specks. One once, one twice. I also found that, if spacing is crucial (sometimes I don't have a lot of overlap between the mat picture cut out and the photo), laying on my back works really well. I lay on my back and hold the photo and frame above me horizontally, then I can move the photo around, get the spacing right, and slap some artist tape on to hold it (while still laying on my back). (Otherwise when I move it around to space it, and then turn it to slap tape on it, it moves again.) Ah. The things we do sometimes.
