Scott, I just tried to submit a photo. The problem with the new form is that there isn't a "Submit" button--there is just a "Send Comment" button, and links for "PUG Submission" and "No Comments". So, I filled out the form and clicked the link for "PUG Submission".
Not intuitive. Please let me know if it went through.
