Thank, Dave.  I didn't miss the swivel, but I've never used a flash with 
swivel.  If weddings become a regular thing for me, I'll probably get a 
540 to complement the 360.  Having the 540 mounted on the camera would 
have eliminated the need for the bracket and given me a little more 
flexibility.  That said, I was a nervous wreck and having fewer choices 
was probably better.

I bought the impact bracket from B&H and used the "better bounce card" 
with the flash pointed straight up for all but a few indoor shots.  
Having the cable, instead of firing wireless,  would have allowed for 
autozoom, but setting the flash on 70 or 85mm worked out fine.    I was 
initially unsure of turning the camera clockwise for portrait shots, but 
holding on to the bracket's grip made this easy enough.  There are some 
brackets that accommodate right side mounting but they're a bit pricier 
than the one I have.
