Bob should have been wearing a helmet, that way he would not have hurt his arm. The principle being that the helmet makes you top heavy so you land on your head every time. That, BTW, is why they do not make you wear one in the bath, it is well known that there are 100 times as many injuries from falling in the tub as from riding a bicycle, there is not enough room for you to flip all the way over and land on your head.
