Looking at it, I'd say genuine. You can see that the lens panel is screwed
to the front of the camera. The only thing that looks wrong is that the
separation between the taking lenses is very wide. I guess it would work for
landscapes but wouldn't be that useful for subjects that are close by.

I almost immediately thought "Photoshop'd!", but on closer inspection, if it

was, whoever made it did a very good job.

If it's real, I'd love to play with one.
