I imagine my comments were clear, but just in case.. In PSE5 the Correct Camera Distortion tool is in the Filter menu. Although I still don't see the distortion you're referring to, I'd guess that the Horizontal correction slider might be worth trying. Now, I'll leave you alone. ;-)
