It's a hoverfly.
Bees belong to the hymenopterans which have four wings. Hoverflies
belongs to dipterans which have only two wings. I strongly suspect
that the species is this one:

I think it's a great shot, Toine. I think the one with the spider
waiting is quite good too. You nailed the focus on the eyes, and got
the outstretched legs quite sharp at the same time.
