I asked Pentax Carolyn about the return of images to "Ready for Review"
from "Declined".
Her answer is that if you had an image declined in the last week, it
was due to a bug in their program which chose "highly rated" images to
be mistakenly declined. Those that were not immediately deleted, were
moved to "Ready for Review".
She invited me (us) to re-post any images that were declined in the
week prior to yesterday (7/18). She explained that those declined
yesterday, should not be re-posted as they were correctly declined
based on the new voting procedure.
