Yes, it is! The pole partially blocking her face can be forgiven. The lighting, however, is another matter. Can't be done now obviously, but had flash been used at this angle, a vertical hold with flash to the right might have covered enough of that sweet face to save the image. Actually, an off angle hold, to include some background, might have picked up the carousel's motion and possibly created a more dynamic moment.
