In a test and little overview both magazines do say a bit about those DA* we are all waiting for.
Chasseur d'Images says thay couldn't test them but they should provide to Pentax users the same thing AF-S brought to Nikon users which is speed and silence. Nothing more but their review of the K100D Super is 4 stars (really rarely any material get 5 stars). Surprising but nice to see. Reponse Photo: they do not really test the K100DSuper (just an overview) but they say they teste both DA* and they were a LOT speedier and a LOT more silent than usual Pentax lenses.
