Riding a mountain bike, but on an asphalt road (bike path, really, but just as hard as a road when you hit it). >It may encourage you to hear that I started jogging again on Saturday, >and did 30 minutes of squash drills on Sunday, 4 weeks after breaking >my wrist, with no ill effects. My tiny chip off the metacarpal is so small that they had to send the x-ray out to a specialist just to be sure it really existed. Not in the same league as your break. I'll be running as soon as my bruised ribs permit: Give it a couple of days. I'm supposed to be running with a team in a 5k in a couple of weeks. Should be possible (I was hoping to benefit from extra red blood cells gained at altitude, but I ended up spilling them all over the ground...) -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net
