There's a guy in Massachusetts who does the best job remanufacturing 120 to 620 that I've seen. He turns the ends down trims the edge to spec. and adds a metal insert so the 620 film advance key matches perfectly. His product looks like real quality work. He only seems to sell TMax 100 but his prices are actually a lot lower than B&H photo charges for a roll of TMax 100 in 620. Unfortunately the price differential, and the ease of re-spooling 120 film to 620, if you've done any darkroom work at all, means that most long term 620 users will roll their own which limits repeat sales. I've also gotten a "new" plastic 620 spool recently. Not re-manufactured but made that way from scratch, which also seems to be quality work. That tooling may still exist somewhere.
