Sorry to hear about the get off. Hopefully you'll be back in ship  
shape very soon.

I was out on the bicycle earlier today, a 5 mile buzz to the next  
town and back. Nothing much, but pleasant.

Get one of those voice recognition things to do your typing for  
you... ;-)
