Did you know... That a Canon RS60-E3 remote shutter release will work, without modification, on a K100D?
It is a shutter release for Canon's Digital Rebels. I found it on the "used" shelf of the local camera store, for all of $15.00. It even has a couple of notches in the handle that conveniently grab the wire, after you have wrapped it around the body, for storage.
