I have recharged mine any number of times, but always keep a spare, freshly charged, in my padded leather case (also by Pentax...)
Listen, the price is definitely right! If I didn't also have an S5, I'd offer to buy that S4 for a spare! They're great little cameras. Don't let the small size fool you. They do a great job!
